In order to change your password if you are in the HVCB offices, press CTRL-ALT-DEL (while you are logged on to the computer). It will pop up a window (on XP) or a list (on Win 7) of choices, and one of the choices will be "Change Password." The complexity requirements are EIGHT characters in length and Uppercase, Lowercase, Numbers, Symbols (choose at least three of the four categories). We strongly recommend against using characters that require that ALT key for entry, because not all keyboards have an ALT key available (e.g., your phone, iPad, etc.).
If you are on a neighbor island, or the mainland, you will need to contact us to set the mail server password to match your new password for your computer.
