Concur 2-Factor Reset Instructions

Log into Concur on your computer. 
 
When it prompts you for the 6-Digit Authentication Code. click on "Unable to enter authentication code" below the Sign In bar.
 

 
It should then bring you to the following screen.  Click on "Send"
 

 
It will then send you an email with a link to set up Two-Factor Authentication.
Click on the link in the email which brings you to a "Sign In" page with your email address already displayed.
Input your Concur password, which will then display instructions and a QR code.
 

 
In the Authenticator app on your phone,  click on the "Verified ID's" icon located on the bottom left hand of your screen.
Click on "Scan QR Code", then scan the QR code displayed on your computer display. It should then set up SAP Concur in the app.
 

 
Click on "Authenticator" on the bottom right of your phone screen and it will bring you back to the screen with your six-digit code to input into Concur
On your computer, input the six-digit code in the box with the title Step 3.  It's on that same screen that has the QR Code (which is Step 2).
